About Me

Makeshift are a 4 piece Pop Punk band from Athlone, Ireland. Led by vocalist/guitarist Alan Geoghegan, the band's lineup includes guitarist Jonathan Callaghan, bassist Kevin Boland, and drummer Trevor Mullin
Their sound is influenced from bands such as Rancid, NOFX, Bad Religion, Good Riddance, Bouncing Souls, Green Day, Anti-Flag and many more. Lyrical themes vary from political protests, critical analyses, and personal experiences.
The band have independently released multiple songs over the years and are currently recording their first full length album due out in 2016. You can find their latest single "Marianne"​ on iTunes Music
